I received the product today. One feature that is not reported in the ad is the fact that the pump does not work properly if it is positioned on the horizontal plane (the "Y" axis vertically). This will force me to perform service that covers the demolition of a section of the wall and change the pipe. After installing I comment again on the operation vertically (the "Y" axis horizontally).

bonjour, je suis désolé de vous contacter, car j’ai un souci avec une pompe. Elle ne fonctionne plus car il y a une grosse fuite et cela m’a fait un dégât des eaux. il y a une déformation au niveau du corps de pompe anormal ce qui provoque la fuite. pouvez-vous faire le nécessaire à son remplacement. je me tiens à votre disposition pour tout renseignements supplémentaires. cordialement.
